Here is one of my first 2-D character animations created in AfterEffects using the Lip-Sync and Puppet plug-in tools. Pre-recorded audio was incorporated to lip-sync the words to the mouth animation. The eyebrow and arm movements were keyframed by hand. This and other puppet-style characters were the main stars in one of the multiple Veterans Administration (VA) web-based training (WBT) courses.

Here is a test of handwriting animation on a dry erase board using AfterEffects. The team researched tutorials and deconstructed each to achieve our own readily-available version which could be used multiple times by more than one person. This style of animation was developed throughout the Transportation Service Administration (TSA) Insider Threat training course.

Here is one of my first animations using Adobe Flash and ActionScript for the interactivity. The slider had to be coded to increase the speed of the electrons inside the atom when energy is applied to it, causing them to move to a higher energy level (excited state) by absorbing the energy. This simple animation showcases how electricity is conducted through materials, as electrons jump between atoms when an electric field is present.
